ARTIST BIO

Abbygale Chung is a professional dancer and choreographer born in Edmonton, now based in Los Angeles. From early on, Abby idolized versatile, adaptable dancers. She strived to become that by training in a wide array of styles growing up, and has continued to push herself to perform across genres. This has aided her pursuit of diverse professional opportunities including national ad campaigns (7-Eleven Canada, Honda Motors, Tutti Frutti), supporting various recording artists on tour (Lia Cole, Janet Jackson in Edmonton), and attending Los Angeles' Millennium Dance Complex Certificate Program with the support of an Alberta Arts Foundation grant. Abby has landed TV credits such as Riverdale (CW), Undercover Cheerleader (Lifetime TV), Bring it On: Cheer or Die (SYFY Network), Monster High 1 and 2 (Nickelodeon), Honour Society (Paramount), The J Team (Nickelodeon), Snow Day (Paramount) and a reoccuring chorus performer role on Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies (Paramount). Abby’s choreography and directing can be found in an array of music videos, short films and live performances for local artists. Aside from her pursuits in the performing industry, Chung teaches internationally as choreographer in Dubai, Guangzhou and Amsterdam, and instructs at Millennium Dance Complex and Movement Lifestyle in Los Angeles.
